When you are making your own pcb's that require the use and soldering of surface mount components the last thing you think about is what you are going to use to actually apply the solder paste onto your stencil. While we have labelled this spreader for use with solder paste (mainly for pcb stencils) we have found its incredibly useful for spreading thermal paste on CPU's as well. Nothing needs to be changed on the print to accomplish this.
Why Double Sided?
By making our solder paste spreader double sided it allows us to use a single tool when spreading paste over a wide area and for doing smaller touch ups with the smaller fine side when you may not have as much room.
